Join us — for a high energy CrossFit event on the turf with MJ Reavley from Fit Society. Crush a fun workout alongside friends, cheer each other on, and get a pump. Class will be roughly 45 minutes including, dumbbells, resistance bands, and kettlebells for the full body workout. Then join us back in store for a private shop.
