This event is designed for women who want to compete in an environment that values clear standards, strong programming, and community. Every workout challenges partners to work together under fatigue, communicate effectively, and show composure when it matters most.

• Top 12 teams advance to Workout 3 (Semifinals)
• Top 3 teams advance to the Championship Final (Workout 4)
• Clear standards, experienced judges, and smooth event flow
