Join us at Ashley Castle for a magical day of content creation at the castle!

About this event:

Join us for a magical day of content creation including photos, video, and bts content.

You will be able to attend this event for 1 hour & 15 minutes to create content with fellow photographers, cosplayers, models, and influencers. Arrive 15 mins early for checkin, and be sure you are PACKED UP AND LEAVING THE SITE BY THE END OF YOUR TIMESLOT.

Time Slots:

• 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM
• 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM

*Our community is allowed to work in this space due to the strict rules, and manners exibited by our community, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Join this event if you like to create content, and are interested in COLLABORATING with fellow members of the community. (This means you are NOT using this event for financial gain. This event is intended only for hobby, and for fun. You are more than welcome to make connections with people to book future paid gigs, however our community is NOT to be used for financial gain. ANY violation of this rule will result in immediate ban from our community.)

About the space:

This space features a magical garden, gazeebo, castle architecture, grand hall, and lots of romantic architecture.

Restrooms located on site

• Keep voices to a respectful volume.
• Walking on the lawn is allowed but be respectful of the bushes/flowers and do not climb into them, behind them or on them.
• Do not touch the statues or armor.
• Do not climb any walls and do not climb the columns in the garden.
• The Bride and Groom suites may be used for photos.
• Tables can be moved but must return to their original position.
• Do not play in the fountains or disturb the water features.
• All parts of the Castle may be used for photos except the office and kitchens.
• Please be sure to close any exterior doors once you've finished with your pose set.
• If you have questions please seek an Admin and/or Thermo_AZ

NOTICE OF TERMS OF SERVICE:

This event is VERY LIMITED. Please only purchase ONE TIMESLOT. Noone will be allowed to attend more than one timeslot. This is to allow as many people as possible to attend this event. If you attended our last Ashley Castle event, please allow others this experience!

ANY ORDER that contains more than one ticket WILL BE REFUNDED within 24 hours of contact from AZPM (either via email or DM) This is to ensure that tickets are being reserved for those who plan to attend, and that they attend for only the SINGLE time slot alotted.

**WE WILL ALLOW REFUNDS FOR THIS EVENT IF YOU CONTACT US NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 8TH IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND.

Please ensure you purchase a ticket that is correct for your corresponding role. If you purchase the incorrect ticket type, we will not be able to switch the ticket type, the ticket will be refunded. In the event there are no ticket types left for your role, you will have the ability to join the wait list. (Ex: If you are a model/cosplayer and you accidently purchase a photographers ticket - and there are no model/cosplayer slots left, you will have to join the waitlist to allow a photographer to attend the event.) This rule ensures that our ratios are optimal for the allowed time on site.

Event sold out? Join our waitlist! If anyone is unable to attend tickets will be released via the waitlist, in the order of which people join the wait list.
