Welcome to The Greek Village Feast, where the spirit of a traditional Greek table comes to life. In villages across Greece, meals are simple, generous, and meant to be shared and built around fresh ingredients, family recipes, and warm hospitality.

During this chef-led tasting experience, we explore the rustic dishes you might find in small tavernas and countryside homes throughout Greece. Bright lemon, fragrant herbs, rich olive oil, and comforting Mediterranean flavors take center stage as each course reflects the depth and simplicity of Greek culinary tradition. The menu is also vegetarian-friendly, offering a vibrant and satisfying experience for those who enjoy Mediterranean, plant-forward cuisine.

Throughout the evening, we’ll also highlight what makes great cooking truly exceptional — the ingredients. You’ll learn about the olive oils, balsamics, spices, and seasonings we use, how they are crafted, and why their purity and quality transform even the simplest recipes. Understanding ingredients is one of the secrets to cooking beautifully, and it’s a passion we love sharing.

Menu:

Baked Feta with Tomatoes & Fresh Herbs
Warm, creamy feta roasted with juicy tomatoes, olive oil, and fragrant herbs.

Fasolada — Greek Heritage Bean Stew
A traditional white bean stew simmered slowly with vegetables, olive oil, and Mediterranean aromatics.

Roasted Lemon & Garlic Potatoes with Tzatziki
Crispy roasted potatoes tossed with lemon, garlic, and herbs, served alongside cool, creamy tzatziki.

Spanakopita Inspired Pasta
A comforting twist on the beloved Greek classic, combining spinach, feta, herbs, and pasta.

Semolina Honey Cake with Lemon & Pistachios
A traditional Greek dessert soaked in honey syrup and finished with citrus and pistachios.

About the Classes:  Each class teaches tasty techniques and food preparation along with providing a tasting of each dish prepared. We will also provide wine tastings with selected dishes. Must be 21 years of age.

Bonus: Each guest will receive 20% off Olive Oils & Balsamics!

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds! To receive credit for a future cooking class, a one-week notice is required with a $10 processing fee. Requests must be emailed to loui@grovestone.com.

Please note that we are not able to accommodate all dietary requests (ie, vegetarian, gluten sensitivity, dairy allergy, etc.  We suggest you check with us before booking.)

The recipes provided to Participant during the course of the cooking class are the property of Grovestone. Grovestone retains all rights to the recipes. Participant agrees the recipes are only for Participant’s personal non-commercial use and may not be sold, transferred or disseminated to other without the written consent of Grovestone.

Participant grants Grovestone permission to take photographs and/or video recordings for use on Grovestone’s websites, social media sites (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.) and in publications, promotional fliers, educational materials, derivative works. Participant acknowledges these photographs and/or video recordings may be accessible on the internet. Participant also waives any right to compensation arising from the use of photographs and/or video recordings. Participant releases Grovestone from any and all claims, demands, rights, promises, damages, and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use or distribution of any photograph or recordings.
