Course 1: Lobster Roll | Japanese milk bread, yuzu kosho aioli, chive, pickled aji dulce

Course 2: Tuna Crudo | avocado mousse, black garlic vinaigrette, mandarin oil, chili crisp, burnt tortilla salt

Course 3: Seafood Pasta | squid ink bucatini, uni butter, lobster, blue crab, scallops, lemon, herbs

Course 4: Braised Short Rib | black truffle risotto, beef jus, crispy shallots, furikake

Course 5: Pumpkin Pot De Crème | candied pecans, flaky sea salt, maple whip
