Guided Meditation with Cats @The Scratching Post

End your work week with a guided meditation hour in our cat lounge surrounded by 20+ adoptable cats. Your guide, Persephone Lovell, will ease you through every step. No experience necessary. Bring your yoga mat or use one of our cozy chairs or area rugs. After meditation you can can remain in the lounge to enjoy time with the cats until 10pm.
