In this free one-hour workshop, Burnout Recovery Coach Nicole Havelka will help you identify signs of burnout and explore how your stress response shapes your relationship with work. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of how to recover before your next career move so you don’t repeat the cycle.

About the Presenter: Nicole Havelka (she/her) is a burnout recovery coach, yoga teacher, fractional and interim operating officer and ordained UCC minister who helps people recover from grind culture and reconnect with their worth through rest. Founder of Defy the Trend, she’s spent two decades guiding individuals and teams through transformation rooted in radical self-worth, calm and curiosity.
