This panel discussion will center on the processes and tools used in organizations for hiring, training, and retention decisions. Whether you are looking to enter the job market for the first time, re-enter the market after some time away, or improve your position, here is a great opportunity to get a behind-the-scenes look at how those processes work from experienced business managers. We will explore the skills and character traits hiring and HR managers are looking for and how they go about finding the right candidates.
