- **Event Description**: A mid-December update to all the folks who have been asking!   A lot is happening these days at Live & Work @ Central.   So much we really do not know where to start.

Steel structure goes in at the former Gymnasium to support the installation of the floating residential units above their connected office spaces.  Four-story elevator shaft (following weeks of jackhammering of the wonderful Chambersburg rock), final reaches and breaks through the concrete of the upper third balcony in the former Auditorium.   

The 7 third-floor residential lofts (a mix of studios, one, two, and three-bedroom units with 18' ceilings) approach completion, while the second-floor short-term corporate residential living spaces catch up.  

And for the "Bob the Builders" among us all - lots of trucks and backhoes doing their thing to bring our 54,000 SF live, work, and commerce center to life.
