This Vinyasa-centred training is designed to elevate your teaching and practice. It includes an in-depth analysis of Asanas, Vinyasa, and transitions of poses. You will also learn techniques on how to instruct and adjust poses safely and effectively.

This training will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to become both a skilled practitioner and an informed teacher. It will also deepen your understanding of Vinyasa practice and the various elements of yoga that go beyond the Asanas.

Key principles and rules of yoga are taught, allowing teachers and dedicated practitioners to gain an in-depth understanding, knowledge and insight into the methodology and the outcomes of yoga practice.
