Additional suggestions (optional) Ease into silence. If you can, reduce noise and screen time the evening before (social media, news, TV) to arrive more settled. Arrive a little early. Give yourself a few extra minutes to park, breathe, and transition without rushing. Skip caffeine/alcohol. If you do have caffeine, keep it minimal so your nervous system stays calm.
