I’m back in town for the weekend and would love to roll, share some ideas, and catch up with everyone—old faces and new. If we haven’t met yet, this is the perfect time. No ego, no pressure—just good jiu jitsu and good vibes. All levels welcome. 🙌
Adults (Gi)

Theme: “Weaponise Your Gi” — simple, high-percentage grips and traps you can use straight away. We’ll finish with relaxed rounds and plenty of time for questions.
Kids (Gi)
Sun 23 Nov • 9:00 am
Theme: Intro to Kids’ Self-Defence — stances, situational awareness, using BJJ principles, and what to do if someone is unkind or physical. Practical, calm, and confidence-building.
Cost: Free for all SJJ members
Vibe: Friendly, inclusive, and fun. Come to learn, move, and say g’day—even if you’re easing back in or just curious.
