This is the 3rd year I have completed this walk alongside my beautiful friend, Kate Jones who runs Jared's 949 walk. Kate and I met in our darkest times where she lost her darling son Jared in January 2024, and I was 6 weeks fresh off losing Dad to suicide in July 2024.

Date: Wednesday, 9 September 2026
Where: Aberdeen (meet at the Aberdeen Tennis courts)
Time: 7am (before work) or 10am (the main event)
Coffee: YES! Kick Ass coffee van will be there from 7am and The Lion's Club will also be there selling bacon and egg rolls and sausage sanga's.
Distance: 9km (or an adjusted distance if you need!) We cater for everyone who wants to be involved
