Founded in 2022, Vive la Pop is a live act electronic music duo exploring the intersections between downtempo, industrial music, and hypnotic trance. Their artistic approach is rooted in a search for hybrid sonic forms, blending raw textures and organic rhythms. At the crossroads of sound performance and live installation, Vive la Pop develops an aesthetic that is both contemporary and radical. The two artists perform face to face, in the heart of the audience. This choice is not merely formal; it is part of a resolutely punk approach, promoting proximity, raw intensity, and the absence of hierarchy between stage and the public. By playing with the physical power of sound, Vive la Pop transforms each performance into a direct sensory immersion, where music is experienced as much as it is heard.

MONTAGNE ROUGE
Things never go as planned, and that’s good : the idea was to make repetitive and geometric rock, psych and instrumental, a kind of krautrock of course, but the result is certainly different. Created in 2022 in Clermont-Ferrand, the trio has given about thirty concerts in France, Netherlands and Spain, with SLIFT, You Said Strange, SERVO, Foncedalle... The first EP was released in spring 2023, a new one will appear in September.
