As summer gently gives way to fall, this seasonal mini retreat invites you to slow down, reconnect with your body, quiet your mind, and cultivate a sense of steadiness as you move into a new season.

You'll be guided through a 1-hour Yin Yoga practice, inviting gentle release, spaciousness, and grounding within the body. The practice is followed by a deeply restorative 30-minute sound bath, where the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments encourage deep rest, support the nervous system, and cultivate a sense of calm and balance. Surrounded by the calming aroma of drying lavender and the peaceful beauty of the space, you'll be invited to soften, breathe deeply, and simply receive.

Flow of the Experience
10:30 AM — Arrival, welcome, gift pick-up, shop browsing & spa water
10:45 AM — Yin Yoga Practice 
11:45 AM — Sound Bath
12:15 PM — Integration, closing, tea & time to explore the lavender farm

What's Included

What to Bring:
Please bring a yoga mat and anything that helps you feel comfortable, such as a blanket, bolster or pillow, bus spray and a light layer if desired.

A Note on the Lavender Fields:
Late August to early September may bring a second lavender bloom at Battlefield Lavender. However, nature unfolds in its own perfect timing and blooms can never be guaranteed. Regardless of what the fields are offering, your practice will take place in the fragrant drying room, where beautifully bundled lavender creates a peaceful and serene setting. After the retreat, you're welcome to wander the farm and enjoy the beauty of the changing season.

Come exactly as you are—no prior yoga experience is needed. Space is limited to create an intimate and peaceful experience.
