- **Event Description**: This week will be BEST OF 3 CARD DRAW!

What this means is we will draw cards to determine partners.  After partners are determined we will go into a double elimination bracket.  In bracket play we will be playing SHOOTOUT STYLE, meaning all games will be 10 round limit!  Also Best of 3 will be in play for winners bracket games.  This means that teams will play 2 out of 3 in the winners side.  Loser's bracket games will be a single game with 10 round limit.

There will NOT be rounders for this tournament since the Best of 3 will take additional time.  

This should be a good change of pace to our normal weekly league events.

All skill levels welcome!! No partner needed.


We know everyone is busy and making it to 80% of the weeks to qualify for an End of Season Tournament is just unrealistic for some.  That's why we are not setting an unreasonable required number of weeks to qualify!  We are still wanting everyone there when they can because honestly it's just more fun!

Here's the details!  11 weeks of league.  Must make 4 weeks to qualify for EOS, that's right only 4!  

Now here is why you want to make as many events as possible!  The EOS tournament will be an incentive based draft.  The more you play the more points you earn to improve your draft position!

EOS will be a doubles draft with the top half of finishers drafting from the bottom half.
Draft order will be the highest total points first followed by the next highest total and so on until all participants have a partner.  In the event of an odd number of players a ghost will be used and cannot be drafted.  Odd person out after the draft concludes will get the ghost.

HOW POINTS ARE TOTALED:
5 points for every week attended.
PLUS
Points for each week's finishing position.
1ST-- 10 points 
2ND-- 9 points
3RD-- 8 points
4TH-- 7 points 
5TH-- 6 points
Below 5TH-- 5 points
PLUS
Participating in each second chance blind draw is 5 bonus points. (Finishing position in 2nd chance blind draw does not count towards total)

Final added total determines draft position.
Must attend a minimum of 4 weeks to play EOS.

Each week will be a different format.  Blind Draw, Card Draw, BYOP, SWAP, Singles, etc.

Weekly Payouts of 80%

10% of both the weekly event and the second chance blind draw goes towards EOS payout.
