Nebraska Christian Schools 18th Season of the Festival of Lessons & Carols

Nebraska Christian Schools 18th Season of the Festival of Lessons & Carols entitled “Noel” will take place on Friday, December 12th at 6:30 pm (doors open at 5:30 PM). This elegant event is so special, and has become a significant concert of worship and outreach for many people who have made it part of their families holiday tradition.

It brings together a choir of 200 area high school students, and over 50 elementary students who rehearse and perform with an orchestra of 45 local musicians and college students.

The event will be led by internationally known conductor Maestro Eric Dale Knapp and featured keyboard artist Ruth Moore, who will graciously share their talents and gift of music with us again this year.

The planning for the Festival is a yearlong process and we thank each person for their part in what has become a tradition with the NC family that reaches out to our communities, proclaims the gospel and honors the Christmas Story.

Due to the elegant atmosphere, extended program, and late conclusion, this special evening is best suited for older children. We kindly ask that infants, toddlers, and young children not attend.
