Step Up is a one-of-a-kind, ranch-based equine-assisted workshop created for anyone seeking a fresh start—whether you’re in recovery, managing mental health challenges, or navigating life after treatment for trauma, grief, anxiety, or depression.

Led by two respected leaders in their fields:

Dale Phillips, Equine Specialist in Equine-Assisted Learning, with over 15 years of hands-on experience helping individuals navigate addiction, trauma, and mental health challenges. Backed by a lifetime of horse experience and knowledge, Dale brings both clinical insight and intuitive horsemanship to every session. His work has been featured in People Magazine, national newscasts, and podcasts—shining a light on the healing power of horses.

Todd Gann, Hall of Fame Cutting Horse Trainer and lifelong cowboy, known not only for his world-class horsemanship, but for his deep compassion and respect for those walking through life’s hardest chapters.

Together, Dale and Todd offer a safe, honest space where horsemanship meets healing—blending the emotional depth of equine-assisted learning with the grounded presence of elite cutting horses and authentic, heart-led guidance.
