The City of Centerton announces the Grand Reopening of the Kinyon Sports Complex located at 1598 Gamble Rd.
Centerton, AR — The City of Centerton is proud to announce the grand reopening of our newly renovated turf baseball field complex, marking a major investment in local sports, athlete development, and community engagement. The upgraded complex will officially reopen on March 14th, 2026, welcoming athletes, families, and community members back to the complex.
The renovation features the installation of synthetic turf on all four baseball infields designed to improve player safety, enhance performance, and access for play in a variety of weather conditions. Additional improvements include benches, upgraded drainage systems, batting cages, and upgraded backstops.
The turf surface offers several benefits, including reduced rainouts, lower maintenance costs, and consistent playing conditions. These upgrades position the complex as a premier destination for local leagues, tournaments, and regional events.
A grand reopening celebration will be held on March 14th from 11 AM to 3 PM, featuring opening ceremony, pick-up games, inflatables, burgers and hot dogs, giveaways, and a special appearance by Strike Out, the Northwest Arkansas Naturals Mascot.
