The Chamber’s Young Professionals Council presents the YPC Leadership Summit: Developing the Next Gen, a half-day experience designed to empower and inspire the future generation of leaders, on Thursday, February 19th, 2026, at DeSales University – University Center (2755 Station Ave, Center Valley, PA 18034) from 7:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
This year’s theme, “Developing the Next Gen,” invites young professionals to explore what leadership looks like in a rapidly evolving world, and how the next wave of innovators, changemakers, and visionaries are redefining success.
Through dynamic speakers, panels, and interactive breakout sessions, this year’s summit empowers tomorrow’s leaders — giving professionals at all levels, from entry-level to executives and entrepreneurs, the tools, confidence, and connections to lead with purpose, navigate leadership challenges, strengthen their personal brand, and shape the future of their workplaces and communities.
