Cookie Plating Party and Monthly Open Meeting - 12:30pm!

Please join us for this fun event!!

Each year volunteers bake cookies and goodies for the dozens of vet clinics who do so much for our foster greyhounds. Then we meet to have a cookie plating party, making large individual boxes for each of the clinics. It's a fun afternoon (especially if some of the cookies break and we have to eat them)!

Cooking plating will take place starting at 12:30pm. The monthly (abbreviated) open board meeting will take place right afterwards.

Is this your first Cookie Plating? This is what we usually do....... each person bakes several dozen cookies or bars. Make something that will stack up into a box or plate well. You can make different kinds or a bunch of the same kind. We lay them out on a big table (see the event picture attached) and then we go around and make a "variety box" for each of the Vet offices.

We then ask for volunteers to help deliver these goodies to the clinics across the front range. It's fun to be the elf bringing the treats!
