Coherence- A heart centered soundbath

This February soundbath is an offering of metta bhāvanā, the cultivation of loving-kindness, practiced together in community. In a season where many are longing for steadiness and connection, this gathering offers a place to rest the nervous system and soften the heart through breathwork, meditation, and therapeutic frequencies.

Research on loving-kindness and collective meditation suggests that when people gather with shared intention, measurable shifts can occur not only internally, but relationally. Often described through the Maharishi Effect, these coherent, heart-centered states are believed to influence the emotional and energetic field of a larger community.
