The Albany Vikings are proud to host the 2026 Southwest Carnival, celebrating 40 years of AFL Masters in Albany.
This major carnival also forms part of Albany 2026, a year of events marking Albany’s Bicentenary, making it a huge weekend for football, family, and community.

What to expect:
Men’s & Women’s AFL Masters games
Games played across 4 ovals, including a dedicated women’s oval & changerooms
Kids activities
Food & drinks available throughout the day
Event merchandise, including limited-edition 40 Years Vikings / Albany 2026 items
After Carnival Dinner & Party with live music at Railways Football Club
