This year’s theme, “Green Pastures,” is inspired by Psalm 23:2 “He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside still waters.” The evening will reflect this peaceful, and refreshing theme with greenery and floral decorations. Guests will enjoy a meal served at their table featuring chicken breast, rice, broccoli, salad and dessert. Chicken nuggets will be available for children. Entertainment will be provided by the Impact Band and Gospel Groovers. There will be table activities for adult conversation and a craft for the children. The evening will also include an introduction and overview of the Just Sisters ministry that will host a sign-up starting in June.

The Daughter’s Dinner promises to be a meaningful evening of fellowship, connection and encouragement for women and girls of the church. Women and girls of all ages who attend Grand Lake UMC are invited to attend. Cost is $5 per meal with girls 10 and under free.
