The August full Moon. 
The Sturgeon Moon. 
Named after the ancient Sturgeon fish found in the Great Lakes. Known for their endurance and perseverance. The full moon shines her light on what it is we still need to surrender while highlighting how far we have come and all we have to be grateful for. 
This sturgeon full moon, join Jaimie Wilke and Wendy Bird out on the water for a full moon event that will be an experience you won’t soon forget. 
Jaimie will lead us on a low to the board, gentle yoga asana & meditation practice, out on the beautiful river of Clifton Reserve. A part of the National Scenic Little Miami Valley. As the sun starts to set, casting beautiful sparkles on the water, we will settle into our own reflection with a floating savasana, reiki infused, sound Journey with Wendy Bird. 
The experience is completely beginner friendly and open to all religions, genders, body types, and skill levels. Jaimie will lead us in the basics of paddle board safety and how to navigate the waters.
