• Registration deadline: July 27, 2026 at midnight

? Race Information
• Check-in begins at 7:00 a.m. (required at least 30 minutes before start)
• Course opens for practice at 7:00 a.m. and closes at 8:15 a.m.
• 5K Time Trial begins at 8:30 a.m.
• 10K follows after a short break
• 25K Road Race uses staggered starts (men first, then women)
• Timing provided by Speedy Feet

• 5K starts at Federal & Weimer Road, finishes before bike trail
• 10K is an out-and-back from the 5K finish
• Cool-down route via Barber back to Massie Creek Park
• Riders start every minute for 5K & 10K (ghost riders used for scratches to maintain timing)
• Full rider list and start order will be emailed and posted prior to event

⚠️ Equipment Requirements
• Riders must provide their own bicycle and helmet
• No helmet = no ride
• Recumbent bikes allowed for 5K/10K (separate division)
• Recumbent bikes are NOT permitted in the road race
