- **Event Description**: We have a few items that we know will be needed for Tri-State.  If you would volunteer for any of these it would be greatly appreciated.
Just let WM Walter Gravely know if you can / will do any of these items:
• Our lighted display sign with the removable letters needs some attention.  On the North facing side (the side which does not get direct sun) has a good bit of mold built up on it.  What we are asking is for someone to  come remove the letters on the sign and lightly pressure wash the face plates on each side so as to clean them good, and then put the letters back on the sign

• That same lighted sign has an aluminum metal casing around each face plate and it also has two steel posts going to the ground.  We are asking a Brother to remove the face plates and brush off the rough spots on the aluminum casing and steel posts and put a fresh coat of black paint on the sign.  The paint needed for the aluminum casing may be different that the paint needed for the steel posts.

• Senior Warden Brother George Moore has measured our sign letters and has found that they are 9" High and he has acquired us new letters.  We thank you for that Brother G.  We need to set the sign up to welcome 2026 Tri-State attendees

• The area under the tree when you enter the parking lot was cleaned up neatly by Brother John Watkins before our last EA Degree but it has become unneat again with sticks and debris.  If anyone could grab a rake and clean that area up it would be great.  All of the sticks can either be piled up at the base of the tree or just hauled around the rear of the building and thrown in the ditch

• That same tree has some low hanging limbs on it that touch the top of vehicles as they enter the parking lot.  Those low hanging limbs need to be trimmed.  If any Brother has a pole saw and could clear the low hangers under the entrance driveway, it would be very much appreciated.

• The parking lot could use a good blowing off with a power blower.

• The area immediately around the front entrance could use a good power washing / pressure washing.  Could a Brother bring a pressure washer and hit that area?

• We could use two more fans (box fans or pedestal fans) and a few extension cords.  When we put 225 Masons in the Lodge room, it gets hot in there.  We do need the fans to be able to run at a low speed so that don't make so much noise that it disrupts the degrees
