Thursday, June 11 - Tuesday, June 23
Ages 17 and under
Calling all Kids and Teens! Get out into the sunshine with your paints, pencils, crayons or pastels to create art alongside hundreds of Plein Air artists from all over the country. The Youth Plein Air Contest invites artists age 17 and under to join in the excitement of painting en plein air (French for “painting in the open air”). Awards will be presented in each age category as well as a “People’s Choice” award! Entry fee is $13 per child OR Free Entry is included with your participation in the Color Your World Art Camp (make selection at checkout). Artwork will be on exhibit at CCC in the Corridor Gallery beginning Friday, June 26 through Saturday, July 11. Stop in and vote for People’s Choice Award beginning June 26 and throughout Strawberry Fest weekend on June 28/29! Save the date:  the Awards Ceremony takes place at the CCC on Wednesday, July 1 at 5:30 pm.
