The Quiet Day Retreat is a restorative experience designed to help you reset your balance through mindful reflection, gentle movement, and sensory engagement — woven seamlessly into the landscape.

Guided activities include:

• Gentle, fireside yoga with Cynthia Aguillón Bernard, founder of ATX Yoga Girl
∙ Nature journaling
∙ Nature sketching

There will be ample free and unstructured time to wander, rest, or simply be. A nourishing lunch, snacks, and beverages will be provided by Chef Addie. Whether you are seeking creative renewal, mental clarity, or a deeper connection to nature, this retreat offers space to ground yourself in quiet and presence.
