Introduction to Girls Wrestling Grades 1-6
Presented by Xavier High School Wrestling Staff and Xavier Varsity Girl Wrestlers. Campers will be introduced to the exciting and fast growing sport of girls wrestling. Opportunities to be introduced to some fundamental rules and maneuvers in the sport of wrestling as well as teaching more advanced techniques


Wrestling Discovery Camp Grades 7-12
Designed for girls who "Aren't sure?" if wrestling is for them. Camp is designed to introduce girls to the sport of wrestling. Camp will include explanation of the sport, physical and mental preparations required, confidence building, wrestling strategies. We will introduce campers to some of the basic wrestling moves involved in the sport. Girls will have an opportunity to wrestle with other girls in a non-competitive environment. Come explore what girls wrestling is all about.
