Spring Equinox Sound Meditation

Join us for a celebration of the Spring Equinox. The equinox marks equal point of light and darkness as we move towards the solstice. Nurture this balance within yourself and your inner landscape with a sound meditation to focus your intentions for growth and expansion in this season of awakening.
Himalayan and Crystal bowls, drums, gongs, and other instruments will assist in regulating your nervous system and deepen your intentions.
Andrea Taylor the owner of Black Dog Healing Arts, a certified sound healing practitioner will guide you through this meditation.
Mats and bolsters provided by the studio. Feel free to bring any items to help yourself be comfortable and able to relax.
