Safe Zone Training

Please join us for a FREE training hosted by the Episco-Pride Initiative at Christ Episcopal Church. The Safe Zone Project is an initiative designed to create a more inclusive and supportive environment, particularly for LGBTQ+ individuals. It provides training and resources to help participants become allies and advocates for the LGBTQ+ community. The training involves educating individuals about the challenges faced by LGBTQ+ people, understanding terminology, and developing skills to support and advocate for inclusivity and equality. Participants will engage in activities and discussions that encourage empathy and understanding, enabling them to create "safe zones" where everyone feels accepted and valued. This training is crucial in fostering a culture of respect and acceptance within various communities, including workplaces, schools, and organizations.
