Community class led *BY* LBGTQIA+ *FOR* LBGTQIA + folx, their advocates & loved ones.

ALL ARE WELCOME

Queer Yoga is a welcoming, affirming space for LGBTQIA+ people their allies and advocates to move, breathe, and connect through yoga. Sessions focus on mindfulness, strength, and relaxation without pressure to perform or look a certain way.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have practiced for years, Queer Yoga offers a supportive environment where you can show up exactly as you are. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

NO PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED! $20 suggested donation- but please don't let finances be a barrier to join us!

Donations are used as contributions to LGBTQIA+ affirming events & organizations.
