I am thrilled to announce we secured 6 new crop weekends for 2026 at The Best Western Plus that is across the road from our 13,600 sq ft super store Scrapmania! Only 3 crops are being posted as of today, as we await the Fall football schedule before we lock in those final 3 dates. I don't like to take dates away from the hotel that they can book up full on their own, as I try and get you the best prices possible on rooms!!
Check out ALL of our hotel crops, in our events tab here on Facebook! The Best Western Plus Longbranch hotel is just 0.6 miles away from our mega store! It is seriously across the street from Scrapmania-our local shop, which makes this the perfect location!! This venue is also allowing us to crop ALL NIGHT for you crazy night owls and early risers too!
PLEASE NOTE---2 nights hotel stay is REQUIRED to attend these crops, however rooms may be shared up to 4 per room.
One $12 meal voucher WILL be provided to use at the onsite Mexican restaurant El Viejo, to use anytime during the crop. Choose lunch, dinner, drinks or anything in between anytime during the weekend. That way we don't overwhelm them with a huge amount of guests at once, but we are still able to support another small business. Their food and drinks are amazing! Breakfast is included with your hotel room. All other meals will be on your own. This hotel does not have a catering service, and its tricky with allergies, so on your own is easiest and cheaper for all. Scrapmania will providing a well stocked snack table as well as ice water in the ballroom. There is free coffee, tea and fruit at all times in the main lobby. We will provide a Keurig, if you want to bring your own k-cups. Each hotel room also has a Keurig. You are welcome to bring a snack to share, but it is not required!

If you are NOT wanting to stay the night, I encourage you to check out our 2 day crops held at Scrapmania. DO NOT BOOK ROOMS OUTSIDE THESE LINKS!! Non-Refundable $50 fee per crop, if you have to cancel. No refunds within 14 days of the event, as the hotel has already been given our final numbers. You can switch to a different crop if their is availability, with no fee. That swap must be done through Stacy directly, please do not register online, it does not allow changes. No exceptions on fees for cancelling, thank you for understanding! Room cancellations are direct thru the Best Western and their rules apply also.
