We realize that unforeseen things happen, but we also would appreciate the time to offer the seat to others and fill the spot. Due to credit card fees, no refunds are issues, but you can move your ticket to another event 24-hours or more prior to your scheduled class. Due to the time it takes to prepare the class, NO store credit is given for last minute cancellations or no shows. Your ticket is fully transferable and you may let someone of your own choosing use your ticket in your absence. Cancellations should be made by email only please; if you need to move your reservation please notify Cork n Canvas Iowa by email Cork.n.canvas.iowa@gmail.com, 24 hours prior to the event, you are scheduled for in order to be eligible move into another class. In your email, please be sure to include; your name, location of the event, date of scheduled event, and date you wish to move to.
