The event highlights produce grown by farmers in Feed Iowa First’s farm business incubator and the talented local chefs who transform it into unforgettable dishes. Participating restaurants—including Saatvik Swaad, Big Grove Brewery, The Hip-Stir, Black Sheep Social Club, Lamb’s Quarter Livestock, Snacky Mini Mart, and Goldfinch Tap + Eatery—and farmers will be paired to create bite-sized tastings that showcase international street food flavors with local roots.At the event, we'll be highlighting the hard work of the farmers we support, including Black Earth Gardens, Afro-Iowa Unity Farm, We the Farm Family, Nupolu's Emerging Farms, and Theo's Produce.As we celebrate, we’ll also reflect on 15 years of Feed Iowa First’s work fighting food insecurity by growing food and supporting farmers. Our mission addresses hunger today while investing in the future through land and resource access for the next generation of farmers. Throughout the evening, you’ll have opportunities to learn more about our impact and support this important work.
