Egg Roll Eating Contest In partnership with the Egg Roll Lady CR, we're bringing a delicious new tradition to the Fourth of July! Join us at 6:45 PM on the McGrath Amphitheatre stage for a fast paced showdown of speed, strategy, and appetite. Competitors will race to eat 10 egg rolls, with the fastest three participants taking home prizes.
