The Cedar Rapids Civil Service Commission met on Monday, August 31, at which time they certified a Fire Chief Candidate List. City Manager Jeff Pomeranz invited all four final candidates from the Certified List to Cedar Rapids for both in-person interviews and a meet-and-greet event with members of the community.

The Meet and Greet event will be held in an open house format, where community members are invited to meet individually with each candidate.
