Join us for a welcoming and supportive Women’s Open Mat! Whether you’re brand new to jiu jitsu or have been training for years, all belt levels are welcome.

All are welcome to join earlier for:
? 10:00 AM – Fundamentals Class
? 10:45 AM – Gi / No Gi Open Mat

Come drill, roll, learn, connect, or simply hang out with an amazing community of women in jiu jitsu. Gi and/or no gi gear welcome!

After training, we’ll plan to grab food together. Come hang out, connect, and keep the community vibes going off the mats too.

We’ll also be holding a fundraiser benefiting the Domestic Violence Intervention Program (DVIP) to support survivors in our community. To learn more: https://dvipiowa.org/
