Every day we’re bombarded with pressure to “fix” ourselves—through anti-aging serums, diet plans, surgery, workouts, and endless self-improvement routines. But what if we shifted our perspective? What if we believed our bodies were more than projects to be managed? What if we learned to live well as people created to bear God’s very image?

In this six-session Bible study from author and speaker Lisa Whittle, you’ll explore what Scripture says about the body—from Genesis to Revelation. You’ll learn how to integrate your body with the rest of who you are and grow in a deeper understanding of your true identity as a whole, image-bearing person designed by God.
