We're constantly pouring our attention outward, yet few of us have been taught how to intentionally come back to ourselves. How to quiet the mental chatter. How to downshift. How to reconnect with our own inner wisdom.


Illuminations Qigong instructor Gina Molby is partnering with the Kick Ass Lady Club on Wednesday, October 7th for a special evening of Qigong created specifically for women, offering a little space to step away from the demands of daily life and return to yourself.

Qigong is a gentle, meditative practice that combines slow movements, breath, and focused awareness. This gathering is designed as an opportunity for women to pause, reconnect with their bodies, settle the nervous system, and simply be present with themselves and one another.


The evening will include time to connect and settle in, a gentle Qigong practice, guided meditation, and conversation.


If you've been craving a way to slow down, reconnect, and refill your own cup, Gina would love to share this practice with you. No experience necessary. Just a willingness to slow down and reconnect with your inner stillness.
