This free workshop is designed to help you understand what is really happening in your body and give you simple, practical tools you can start using right away. We'll go through some basic exercises and a mindfulness practice.
In this workshop, you will learn:

β’ Why nervous system regulation is the foundation for lasting change in health, mindset, and daily life

This is a free educational workshop with no pressure and no experience required. Just come as you are and give your nervous system a chance to learn something new.
Dress in comfortable clothing and feel free to bring a yoga mat but they're not required.
