Our goal is to enjoy the journey.This hike features High Falls and Triple Falls in DuPont State Forest. We'll hike for a bit and stop for a guided meditation along the way. Then we'll stop at the waterfalls for some mindful moments and journaling before returning to the trailhead.This loop trail is rated as moderate, 3.1 miles in length with 396 feet of elevation change.
