Join us in person or online for this free, beginner-friendly workshop on Zen meditation! During the workshop, you will get the opportunity to:
- Get instruction on posture and the Zen approach to sitting
- Meditate together for 20 minutes
- Debrief and ask questions
- Learn how to make meditation a part of your daily life
- We'll end with cookies and tea for those in the "Dirt Zendo" (our physical location), but the workshop is also accessible via Zoom.
