Our Evening Flow:�✨ Moon-lit Meditation to ground and set intentions as the season turns�✨ Gentle Movement to honor the body’s rhythm, like leaves in autumn wind�✨ Guided Harvest Visualization to gather the wisdom you’ve been cultivating and find the balance as we step into autumn.�✨ Circle Sharing to offer and receive the abundance of community�(We’ll begin right at 6pm, so please arrive a few minutes early to settle in.)�Please RSVP to hold your spot, and let me know if plans change so another sister may join.�Remember to bring water, a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow so you can fully relax during the visualization.�If you feel inspired, you’re welcome to bring a nourishing snack to share or a small donation.
