Christmas Bird Count

Help us count birds for National Audubon's Christmas Bird Count!

We will travel to specific areas within our zone and report what species and how many birds we see. This helps identify population trends in birds.

We will meet at Dogwood Canyon Audubon and travel to various sites from there.

Dress for cold weather! Bring water, snacks, and a lunch if you'd like to go all day! First timers are welcome and long-time birders are encouraged.

Note: A basic knowledge of Bird Identification is helpful but you can learn on the fly!
