Take your swing to the next level this winter with our 8-Week Hitting Program, developed and led by college-level hitting instructor and Montclair State Hall of Famer, Coach Craig Conway. With over 13 seasons of collegiate coaching experience, Coach Conway has tailored his proven approach to meet the needs of young hitters—focusing on both the mental and physical side of hitting.

🔄Program Overview:
This 8-week circuit-style training is designed to create repeatable mechanics, develop muscle memory, and build the mental toughness required to compete at a high level. All drills are performed with purpose and personalized instruction.
Key Hitting Drills Include:
Tee Work – The foundation of great swings. Teaches consistency, mechanics, and body awareness.

Mirror Work – Utilize our 8 foot wide mirror to visually correct posture, hand position, and swing path.
Front Toss – Train the eyes to track the ball from release point to contact.
Structured Batting Practice – Hit with intent and purpose every round. Learn how to approach batting practice like the pros do.

Baseball’s Finest is a 5,000 sq ft indoor turf facility and home to the NJ Tribe Club Baseball Teams. It features:
Two 60-ft retractable batting cages
Pitching machine & live-arm tunnels
Full facility netting for safe, flexible group and team use
Bright, open space, no pillars– Ideal for clinics and teamwork
We welcome recreation and travel players from all local towns and skill levels.
