🔄Program Overview
Led by Coach Trevor Marcotte, an 11-year professional pitcher and former NCAA Division I coach, this 8-week program is designed for young pitchers committed to advancing their skills both mentally and physically. Athletes will leave this program understanding how to practice properly on their own.
With arm injuries and inconsistent coaching becoming more common, Coach Marcotte developed this program to emphasize:
Proper pitching mechanics
Arm and core strength development
Increased velocity and control
Command of the strike zone
Strong baseball IQ and mental toughness
Each week focuses on both the physical and mental aspects of pitching, teaching players how to think like pitchers, maximize their strengths, and build lasting confidence on the mound.
Players Can Expect To:
✅Increase throwing velocity
✅Improve balance, rhythm, and consistency
✅Expand pitching IQ (game awareness, pitch sequencing, situational strategy)
✅Master strike zone command and control
✅Develop mental toughness and focus
✅Participate in PFPs (Pitcher Fielding Practice)
About the Facility
Home of the NJ Tribe Club Baseball Teams, Baseball’s Finest is a 5,000 sq. ft. indoor turf facility featuring two 60-foot retractable batting cages, a pitching machine, and flexible netting configurations for multiple drills and team setups. The open, pillar-free layout provides a safe and efficient training environment for athletes of all ages and skill levels.
