Japanese Yukata Try On and Hairpin Workshop

Step into the world of traditional Japanese fashion in this fun and interactive workshop hosted by Maoko Umeda, JOI Coordinator! You’ll get the chance to try on a yukata, and learn about when, where, and how it's traditionally worn.

Then, get crafty as you design and make your own decorative hairpin (kanzashi) — a beautiful accessory you can take home as a keepsake! All materials provided. No experience needed — just come ready to learn, laugh, and create!
