Please join us in celebrating Katy Susong as the 2026 Cedar Valley Woman of the Year at the reception on October 20, 2026! 

Katy is the first woman to lead Cardinal Construction in its 126-year history and now President and CEO of Grow Cedar Valley. She actively volunteers at many different organizations. 

Katy embodies courage, inclusion, mentorship, and service.

Congratulations to Katy Susong, we are excited to celebrate you.

The reception will be held on Tuesday, October 20th, with doors opening at 5:30 p.m. at the Diamond Event Center in Cedar Falls.
